Pat Cummins is an Australia all-rounder and one of the most talented pacers in world cricket. Cummins was always regarded as a potential talent at an early age and made his Test debut at the age of 18 and picked up seven wickets on his debut against South Africa in 2011. However, injuries kept him out of cricket for a long time and he made his comeback to the national side six years later. He made his Test comeback during 2017 tour of India but couldn't prevent his team from losing the series. In 2018, he became the number of ranked Test bowler on the back of consistent performances and ended up winning the Allan Border Medal for being the best men's cricketer in 2018-19 season. At the age of 18 years and 193 days, Cummins became the seventh youngest player to take a five-wicket haul in Tests. He became the tenth fastest bowler to 150 Test scalps (in 31 Tests). In 2021, he was appointed the Test captain of the side and was named the white-ball captain after Aaron Finch's retirement in 2021.Cummins has always garnered praise for his pace, accuracy and consistency. He has consistently risen the bar with his grit and determination and that makes him a great fast bowler.
