Full, fast, straight and it's through Gabriel and smashing into the base of off stump. That's how you bowl at the number eleven, although to be fair to Gabriel that delivery might have troubled plenty of batsmen. Impressive stuff from England throughout that innings, although there will be concerns over the fitness of Roy and Morgan who are such key members of the side.

A dominant performance from England against a lacklustre West Indian side. Pooran's half century in the first innings was the only real highlight for the Caribbean side. The sun is shining on England as they move up to second in the table with three wins from four. There will be concerns though over the fitness of Jason Roy and the captain Eoin Morgan after both hobbled off in the first innings. The hosts will be hoping they won't be out of action for any more than a week or so, although they will back themselves to beat Afghanistan and Sri Lanka in their next two fixtures even without that destructive pairing.
